On the grand scheme id say the original movie > first day of camp > ten years later.

But thats not to say there isnt great moments to be had here. the ridiculousness is just as ridiculous (if not more), and there are some jokes that are set up that take multiple episodes (or even the whole season) to see the payoff :rofl:

I still haven't watched the original movie but after watching First day of Camp and then watching this immediately after, it was almost as if it was written by a completely different group of people. Between it taking a full episode for me to realize Adam Scott was supposed to be Bradley Cooper and then listening to him repeatedly tell me how the blueprints were literally kicking his ass, I literally couldn't understand how this seemed fun when it was written down on paper, let alone funny enough for them to shoot without still realizing it wasn't funny. I'm only 5 episodes in and it's entertaining enough that I'll probably finish it but First Day of Camp Was so much better.
