A relatively new marina was built in Quepos where I was a few weeks ago. The money in this place was unbelievable considering we were 4 hours from the nearest big town and Quepos aside from the resorts and hotels is very very poor. This marina was feet away from poverty. I feel like one of these 70ft vikings could buy everything in the downtown area that wasn't for tourists. The marina was super nice and relatively full. They previously only had a single pier. I guess big time fishing shit goes down here.
