Looking for some input on these 2 bikes!

I'm looking at 2016 model bikes, I'm currently trying to decide between these two. The 2016 Honda cb300f

Or the 2016 KTM 390 duke...

The KTM is obviously more powerful, and looks like a fucking monster. On the other hand the Honda is a little more reserved and still looks badass. Then comes the price of each. The Honda is a modest $3999 base price. The KTM duke is $4999, I'm leaning a little more towards Honda because everyone know the reliability of the Hondas. Any input would be much appreciated!!!!

If it's between these two , I would take the ktm . Never had one so can't say on reliability , but ktm is good . I'd take the chance .

I think you would get bored fast with the cb 300 , because of the low hp . It's a very nice starter bike , but is lacking hp . Both are really , if compared to 600's . And they're single cyls too.

I've had a number of bikes in the past, Just looking for something not super expensive, fun to ride and new... That being said, everything I've looked at is either out of my price range or not exactly what I'm looking for. The single cylinder part really doesn't bother me to much. Obviously I would have to ride both to make a decision.

Some YouTuber I watch picked up a KTM SuperDuke 1290 after going through THREE Ducati Hypermotos. He bought a Hypermoto, electronics went all fucked, got a brand new Moto from Ducati. That one fucked up, Got another one. That one ALSO fucked up and he finally said fuck it and Ducati bought the bike back with an NDA to not say what happened so he bought the SuperDuke.

That is one god damn sexy fucking bike.

Have any links to any leftover? I cannot seem to find any... If I see one for $5500 it's sold lol

Not many left in Illinois but there are some in Wisco and Indiana. I use Cycle trader to find the cheapest going rate and use it at a local dealer to get them to that price. The cheapest are out in Cali but some in Indiana under 6k. I would reach out to whoever is closest for you and get them to match. I did that when I bought my FZ1 and got a smoking deal when I bought it.

I want a superduke so bad...

If it was me, I'd go with that 500 Honda we were discussing yesterday. Ride the 300 Honda, 500 Honda and 390 KTM and see which one you like the most. I'd get tired of the 300 in like a week, but I know you're more into the comfort and cruising than stoplight drags.

Also, when you go look at these, I'm going with. If the Harley sells soon I want to ride a few scoots. I'm still swingin' on the Honda Interceptors...

My 250 I have to ride at wide open almost always. Great little town bike but nothing else

I'm just afraid RAM-ROD is going to be pissed if he has to peg the thing everywhere... I get the concept of a light, nimble bike, but I'd say a minimum of 40 Horsepower is necessary. My bike makes 75 Horsepower and over 90ft lbs of instant torque, and it feels slow to me.
