I may have found a decent deal on a stock eaton off of a 03 Cobra. What is needed to adapt this to an 02 GT. Or is it even worth the hassel.

Not worth the hassle. Cars have completely different head/intake setup. It was a pretty big deal to go thru to get it to work on Mach 1s and they both have the same heads at least. However, there are Eaton M90 (Saleen) blower setups out there for the 2vs

You will most likely be better off buying a blower that is designed for your car. Im sure its possible to make a Eaton work on your car but in the end you will probably end up spending more money and way more time to make it work.

+1 If you want a PD-style supercharger look into the Kenne Bell kits. They are pretty well priced and come with all the upgrades u need even tune!
