Hunter DSP 8500 wheel balancer

My dealership has a hunter dsp8500 wheel balancer and it's going insane. All's i need is the proper procedure on how to calibrate it. Everyone in the shop has spent a couple minutes screwing around with it but no one can get it to work. If anyone has any info on how to calibrate it or a # to contact a pro please let me know.

When I get back to lunch, I know I have the number to Hunter laying around somewhere. We had to have them come out for the alignment machine to fix one of the sensors.
