ummmm you forgot BFG's.... and i wouldnt consider placing a nitto drag radial anywhere near my car, let alone purchace one...

i ran nitto's on my GTP....not the best tire if u want instagrip...they really need a good heat cycle before they're sticky enough for the street (imo)...but a good overall DR..i had good results w/ them in the rain..

i vote look used as well..or see if discount tire can get them for you

dont even consider a nitto, unless your trying to save your 10 bolts life.
BFGs are the best all around for street driving and track use (considering wear)
MTs will probly hook a little harder but they also wear faster (harder hooking = death to the 10 bolt)

i forget if your ta has a t56 or a 4l60e but DRs are a little rough on 4l60e's also so take that into consideration when getting a tire thats going to bite, How hard do you want it to hook?

i got nittos myself, as mook said, they dont have the best grip when they arent warmed up. but they are good once you put some heat in them. i wanted bfg's but they didnt make my size last i checked

they deffinitly make those in BFG
BFG is actually the only company that makes my size at 315/30/18

I vote BFG for street use, QTP's for drag use (or MT's).

Get used, I have seen a lot of DR's on CTR.
