Okay okay, I am seriously thinking about listing my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport in Jet Stream Blue up for sale and buying a new Mustang.

I really really like this Corvette, but I am really impressed with this new Mustang. This lightning Blue is really sharp. They are now 460HP which gets it zero to sixty at 4.0 seconds. Not bad.

I havenā€™t had a Mustang since my ā€˜03 Cobra. Not a hater just kind of been a Vette Guy.

Also debating on putting $10K in the Vette. A nice procharger, tune and some drag radials. That gets me 580-600ish at the wheels all day. But do I want to do that to this car? I am kind of feeling a ā€œnoā€ on that.

After selling Vette itā€™s like $5 out of pocket and I own the Mustang. Easily spend that $10K and get a Whipple, tune and drag radials. Thatā€™s getting other people 700hp and mid tens all day.

Love the idea of a rag top. This targa top is cool but I have always wanted a vert.

A warranty would be nice too but may the shit I do to it negates those benefits.

I havenā€™t even driven the new stang yet. Might do that tomorrow just to even see how it feels.

What do you guys think?

Keep vette.

I keep telling myself a new car would be sweet but C6s are forever and stupid cheap to make stupid fast.

The 10k you're going to drop in the vette will still outperform the 10k you'd put into the fagstang. The weight difference is huge.

Besides, the C6 style will be timeless and it's a million times better of a car.
