This car impresses the hell out of me! 1.5 60 foot times and runs 10s all motor.

http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1608075#post1608075

here is a copy of the mod list in his sig.

2015 Mustang GT Auto 3.31 Gears 10.83 1.51 60' @ 125.69 Mods: Team Beefcake & Lund nGAUGE Tune, Watson Racing CF Hood & k-member, SW Power Long Tubes & off road, MBRP Street, Circle D 5C, BMR Drag springs all 4 corners & solid bushings, DSS 800 HP shafts, Race Stars M/T DRS for the road and Welds for race, CJ IM, T-Body & CAI, 47 lb. injectors, Shaft Masters DS, Strange struts up front & Viking Crusaders out back, Aerospace Brakes and E85.

Thats not much for engine mods and alot of suspension and driveline upgrades.

the 1.5 60 foot times are insane!

Damn nice times for an all motor car with that kind of suspension setup Id imagine 9s would be silly easy with a tiny amount of boost or nitrous.

:fy: for an all motor car getting it done!

think so?

its got some big bucks in a watson k member and aerospace brakes half shafts and drive shaft upgrades and viking shocks. i bet there is at least 5k in that chassis brakes and suspension setup.

convertor cj intake tb 47# injectors and e85 tune another what 2500 or so?

edit: entire setup on this car under 10k? including wheels and tires?

im starting to like the idea of going this route and have a hell of a solid foundation sorted out first before boost or nitrous is added.

different car but this makes my pants tight :s00ls: 15 inch beadlocks on an s550.

cjponyparts.com sells the rear brake kit its a baer kit thats $900 bucks to make the 15s fit.

15s out back and hanging front wheels would be sick.

The tire on that car is a full slick. I cut that same 60 ft on my stock 10 bolt.

isnt it easier to make a solid axle hook? not sure why youd compare a solid axle car to this.

:dunno:

im just impressed "heavy" irs mustangs are doing those 60 foot times.

i know jpc's turbo car is in the 1.teens for 60 foots aswell.

I cut a 1.7 60 foot on my manual gto. With a 80 lbs blower bolted on, and an iron block 5.3 up front as well in an already boat of a car. It's no 1.5 60 ft but it was a manual and my first time out.

It wasn't a 10 second pass though

damn good for a manual car too. and im sure thats a heavier car than the mustang with the watson k member up front.

Edit: what was the et and trap then?

It was somewhere in the 120s it's been like 7 years since that car I cannot remember exactly

ok so im not following here.

Your turbo gto went slower 60s slower et? and slower trap? you said in previous post yours wasnt a 10 sec pass?

so safe to assume this NA car is faster 60 foot times faster et and faster trap?

no offense here and not trying to start a fight seems like no one ever gives quick NA cars any credit......

:dunno:

i sort of posted this because i think a 10 second all motor car would hurt some feelings at the drag strip running those times.
