Seems like there is a real problem here.

TO: All U.S. Ford and Lincoln Dealers
SUBJECT: NEW VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION / DELIVERY HOLD - Advance Notice - Safety Recall 16S40
Certain 2015-2017 Model Year Mustang GT350 and GT350R Vehicles Engine Oil Cooler Tube Assembly Replacement

AFFECTED VEHICLES:
2015-2017 GT350/R Build Dates February 24,2015 through August 30, 2016

REASON FOR THIS SAFETY RECALL
In some of the affected vehicles, the engine oil cooler tube assembly may have insufficient crimps on the hose that could lead to a hose separation and an oil leak. Sudden loss of engine oil may result in engine failure and, in the presence of an ignition source, can lead to a fire.

SERVICE ACTION
DO NOT DEMONSTRATE OR DELIVER any new in-stock vehicles involved in this safety recall. A complete Dealer Bulletin will be provided to dealers in the 1st Quarter 2017, when it is anticipated that parts ordering information and repair instructions will be available to support this safety recall.

CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION
Owners of record will be notified of this safety recall via first-class mail the week of December 12, 2016. Owners will be notified again after repair instructions and parts ordering information have been provided to dealers.

PLEASE NOTE:
Federal law requires dealers to complete this recall service before a new vehicle is delivered to the buyer or lessee. Violation of this requirement by a dealer could result in a civil penalty of up to $21,000 per vehicle. Correct all vehicles in your new vehicle inventory prior to delivery.

Sincerely,

Michael A. Berardi

It was proven that that was fake.

Does this look fake?

And where exactly was it proven that the orange one was fake? There are several photos from the stands of it on fire.

Well it happened at Roebling Road raceway and it was captured on video from another car's dash cam. Then there were several pics taken from the sidelines and the car can be seen and was photoed being towed from the track all burned up. So Im not sure how that can be refuted. Besides he did get a new GT350R from Ford. There are pics all over his FB page of the new car. Its sharp. But I'd be more inclined to believe the story especially with the new recall coming from ford.

Definitely not hard to fake it all with solid editing software.

So are you saying that the car never caught fire, and all the pics from all over the net are fake?? Im lost I guess. Its pretty common knowledge now that this happened at the track during a session, and the car was toasted. Besides that Ford replaced the car free of charge. So what exactly dont you believe??
