Did I make a big mistake?

I've been putting together my 94 Mitsu 3000GT VR-4 and I finally got to swapping out all my rubber bushings to polyurethane. I've noticed while moving my subframe around that it creaks and squeaks a lot.

I did use a very small amount of the bushing grease, but I am afraid I did not use enough.

Mainly I am hoping that when I finally drive the car around that it won't creak and squeak over every bump.

Any thoughts? Do you think it will just have to be worked in and flexed a bit?

I think poly bushings just tend to be noisy. At least that was my experience with them. I put poly sway bar bushings on my old car and it squeaked a little bit over bumps. It was really only noticeable at slow speeds such as when going over a speed bump.

I have poly now everywhere. If it doesn't go away I am going to be so annoyed.

They can be noisy if not greased enough. What grease did you use?

Polyurethane is notoriously noisy, even when greased.
