What is this sludge on the oil screen [motorcycle]

A colleague has a motorcycle and changed his oil, finding this booger looking junk on the oil screen. Is it condensation? It's a water-cooled bike. Typically the condensation I'm used to seeing is milky, mayonnaise consistency. Not sure what this is.

It looks like old grease to me. I am not sure why grease would be in the oil though. Really it looks like a bunch of boogers and pubes...might want to ask the guy what the hell he has been doing

You can also see some of the goo on the top side of the case in the second pic.

Maybe someone used liquid gasket for the cover and used to much and some got into the oil?

That makes sense seeing the second pic Bru was talking about. It looks like it used to be some kind of gasket material with how it is flat near the mating surface.
