Odd that a few of those issues I had with my first gen. Sub and door speaker surrounds disintegrated, power tilt/telescope issues, dash wood cracking, and my phone controls rattling on the steering wheel. So far no control arm issues or climate control displays going out which is promising. Air suspension life doesn't seem to good.

you should really consider a 8-10yr old E55K. They have the same types of issues as the lexus but make crazy torque with simple mods. They are damn comfy/elegant as well and clean ones with low miles can be had for less than 18K. The lexus while still a very nice car is merely a dressed up Toyota.
