I need help finding my old car

Ok guys, I have the project bug and want to build something fast and cheap. I passed on a C4 roller last month and after running a car fax I found that my 1992 GTA is registered in Bellwood. Out side of driving block to block is there anyway I can track the car down? Possibly find the owners name and address? On the bill of sale I can only make out the first name of Greg and possibly the last of Dilco. Definitely starts with a D. Any ideas?
