MT has a 295/45/17 in ET Street flavor. $260 each.

Or M&H has the 275/50/17 that I currently run and had decent luck with. I'd like something wider though. To my dismay, they seem to have stopped making a 295 for 17s in this tire. :wtc:

The M&H tires really do fairly well on the road. Life is pretty decent and traction is pretty crazy for how narrow these tires are. But you know the drill... you're always looking for more traction.

Anyone have any other suggestions to look into?

I just recently put a set of the 295/45/17 Mickey's on the Mustang. Great tire!
On the street I run a 295/45/17 MT on the Cobra now and have a 325/45/17 waiting to go on when the Mickey's wear out.

The MT has been a great tire, but I wanted a little more diameter with my gearing (the MT's are 27.2" and the M&H's are 28"). They are both excellent tires.

I also run an M&H on the Caddy at the track.

I have nothing but good things to say about all of them.

I've actually heard better things about M&Hs than MTs. I had many diff MT's on my car before these M&H I have now... and honestly, this skinny ass M&H out performed pretty much all of them. Even 28x10x15 MT ET drags. Tread wear wise and traction wise. I don't recall which were less expensive, but that's not really a concern on this decision.

Tempted just to toss on these 325 M&H's next.
