Harbor freight has always treated me right with impact sockets and wrenches. The air tools are hit or miss, but hella cheap. I have nice tools I use repeatedly, and those once in a while tools are all HF cheap shit.

If you want a step up from craftsman, Matco has a series of tools that is barely more expensive called "ADV" that I've never seen break. I've broken a lot of craftsman stuff and craftsman wrenches are complete junk. I suggest gear wrench ratcheting wrenches and if you can afford it, get the ingersol-rand 1/2" composite impact. I have the TI Max version and people are always borrowing it when their snap on or matco ones can't break something free. But no matter what you get just make sure it's composite.... The small price increase is worth it for the decrease in weight. I also use a 1/4" electric impact and electric ratchet more than just about any other tool in my box.

South of Wisconsin.
I picked up a lot of my Air tools at garage sales. I picked up an alitrade 1/2" impact for $5, a craftsman Die Grinder and 3/8" ratchet for $15, and more recently found a husky Air hammer for $10 and an IR mini air reciprocating saw for $25. They all work fine except the ratchet has been acting up lately. I also have a Craftsman 1/2" Impact I got as a gift. Socket sets are all husky because I had a Home Depot Gift card. For wheels I have a great little 3 piece IR kit I've really wanted to get an IR Thunder Gun though just for those crazy fast NASCAR like wheel changes.. lol.
