If so, you are in luck. The soon to be released Mahindra Roxor is a knock off of the original Willys CJ 2A Jeep that the Indian company is producing under grandfathered licenses from the 1940s. Better yet, the vehicles are going to be built in Detroit. $15K-$18K.

Top speed of 45 mph so, like the originals, these are mainly off road vehicles.

The company is putting together a dealer network now.

I was reading some more on this and it looks like the company is exploring the idea of producing a street legal similar vehicle in America.

Their version of the Jeep is probably closer to the original than FCA sells. I think there would be a huge market for real workhorse, off road capable Jeeps.

Notice the grill? The 7 slot grill is a Jeep trademark so they can't use it.

You need a more powerful side by side that’s got a PTO capability and will go anywhere, seems pretty awesome. Plus a bunch of the parts are cross compatible with old flat fenders, CJ5’s, and CJ7’s.

I like the diesel and manual transmission. Now give me a little pickup like this, with a diesel and manual that’s road legal.
