Motor Authority was one of several sites to upload images, including an interior shot that reveals the car's supposed power output: 808 horsepower. Coincidentally, that's as much as the Demon makes on regular 93-octane gas.
As Motor Authority also points out, this car is equipped with the Hellcat's standard 275-section width Pirelli P-Zero tires, rather than the Demon's drag radials. If this car does have the Demon's engine, it must be one hell of a burnout machine.
The only question we have on our minds is, why? Could Dodge be planning on offering the Demon motor in a Hellcat body as a cost-effective option? Or is this just another frankenstein test mule that will never see production? Guess we'll have to wait to find out.
