You gotta love this guy. Ron Patrick decided to install a 1350 hp jet engine in his VW Beetle and did it legally. CHP is at a loss with what to charge the guy with when he drives this car around. They're attempting to call the car a "Threat to national security".

I don't believe the Y2K motorcycle is powered by thrust like this is.

I believe that is a gas turbine that turns a shaft (into a gearbox of course), as in one that was re-purposed from a helicopter.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Also, he must need to wear hearing protection at all times. Can you imagine the jet whine right behind your head?
